Now this is a skill I do need to acquire. I actually made a dish this evening that is more complicated then anything I have done before and I am quite proud of it. Right now I am just trying to get comfortable in the kitchen and to be able to cook without screwing things up.
I am missing a few utensils to assist with the cooking which I need to hunt down.
This is fun!!
